Text editor does not show up in frontend

Hi stackideas Team,
My blogger does not have a text editor when he logs in to the frontend, it just shows as a blank grey box. Also the blogger says that he could not post anything on the site. when he tried to upload a picture, it almost loaded then just said failed and the post did not post either.
I am new to easyblog and am not finding it very 'easy' so I would really appreciate all the help you can give me. My clients really need this up and running ASAP.

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.
First may i know which blogger can't see the editor at blog creation page?
Second I have checked in your site, it seems like when you access http://taurusprojects.ca/ without www prefix then upload photo is working, can you check in your Joomla root foolder/comfiguration.php file > set the live_site empty

By the way, I can't access in your Joomla backend, please advise.
