'Use Text Based Avatars' doesn't seems to work with StackIdeas Toolbar.

Thanks for reporting this. This is a known issue and our developers are fixing it. It should be available in the next release of the toolbar.

Another question is if we enable 'Use Text Based Avatars' we cannot upload picture?

Yes. There is no point in allowing users to upload avatars since they would not be displayed anyway. Right?

I mean like ES where Text Based Avatar is displayed when users haven't upload their own avatar image.
