Go to Profile Types > [Select the profile that you are using] > Custom fields. Then, on the field selection, drag and drop the terms and conditions on the form After that, hit the save and you are good to go.

Hi Dallas,

i just dragged that to the custom form, however somehow it doesnt show in the registration form.

As well the usual form as the facebook form both still dont have terms and conditions.

I must be doing something wrong.

Firstly, which registration form are you referring to here? Are you referring to the quick registration or the normal registration? After dragging the terms field into the workflow area, click on it to render the settings. Then, click on the Views tab as shown here, http://screencast.com/t/EOxghn6ngzLc
