Terms and Conditions text area disappears.

Having an issue with the Terms and Conditions text area in General Settings.
We need to have this set but every time we enter it in the text area it disappears after awhile.
It's strange because it saves it at first and stays there for a few minutes and then it's gone after a few minutes.
Any ideas?
Hi there,

I've tested to insert the terms and conditions in the text area, then wait a few minute and try to refresh the page and the text that I've entered is still there.
I've also try to open up another settings and come back to the setting and the text always there.
May I know the exact steps to replicate this?perhaps with some screenshots might help us a lot.

And is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?
