Terms and condition dialog error

Maybe I am not doing it right. I set up "use dialog" to yes but when I click on terms and conditions, I get this error
"The file fields/user/terms/getTerms does not exist. Please advise

I am sorry for the late reply.
It is a known issue. Can you try download this file and put it in your site: \media\com_easysocial\apps\fields\user\terms\ajax.php . I believe your site is missing this file. Please give it a try and see if this resolved your issue.
