term & conditions by dialog

Hi,

When I add term & condition field to a profile type, clicking "term & conditions" link causes an error if I use dialog mode.
How can I fix this?
Hello Masanori,

For some reasons the file /media/com_easysocial/apps/fields/user/ajax.php is missing on the site. I am not really sure how you actually upgraded but I have reuploaded the ajax.php file to the site and it works fine now. Anyone else facing similar problems?

The site is new so no upgrading.
