I want to make some modifications to the templates, but before I begin, i have a question :

My favorite template is Frosty. So my first intention was to override it. But the description of the wireframe template, which said "...Any customizations should be done on this base theme" make me hesitate.

Does that means I must absolutely start from Wireframe, then put on it the overrides I like from the frosty template, then finally put on top my own overrides ? The simple override directly on top of frosty seems to work, but I don't want to fall on a big wall after hours of work.
Hello Christophe,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply.

What does that mean is that whenever you tried to override the themes, you must refer to wireframe themes such as the file name and file locations. If the folder or file does not exist in your override themes folder, it will inherited back to wireframe themes. You can always refer both Frosty theme structure and Wireframe theme as references.
