Hello

We have a german site where the blog is working perfectly fine, but on a secondary language (english) the homepage layout of the blog is not displaying correctly. It seems that the whole template is not loaded.
(see screenshots attached)

Can you tell me how we can fix this problem?

all the best,
jakob
Hey Jakob,

After spending some time checking this, it seems like the problem is actually caused by your plugin "Content - Media". As soon as I turned this plugin off, everything works fine now

Hi Mark,

I added the domaine to our main site (innerwise.com) but the problem occurs on the development environment (dev.innerwise.com) - according to the note on the license page that should not be a problem. Let me know if you need more information!

Hey Jakob,

Thanks for taking the time to fill in your domain. Something is not right with the post "Are you wise". As soon as I unpublished the post, it works fine. Did you add any unique content which requires a content plugin?

Thanks for the update - I checked as far as I can see there is no unique content nor any difference compared to other posts. I even created a new post and just added the text and the problem reoccured.

Do you have any idea which part is creating the problem?

I can't really tell to be honest as it could be caused by a plugin that is processing the contents. If you re-create another post with a different title but with the same contents, does it have similar problems?

Did you copy / paste the text from the same source?

I created a new article and copied the pure html text form the old blog into the editor (nothin but "p","br","a href" tags and a picture...) but the problem occurred again. Is there anything else I can try?

Feel free to create new blog posts as it is a test-site...

Very strange - I was not aware of this specific plugin nor can I explain the problem.
THANK you for digging into it and finding the solution.

all the best,
jakob

You are most welcome Jakob I believe the content plugin is trying to process something with the content i guess.
