Template Layout get messed up when adding/deleting new element

I use Recipe template then I tried to insert an element on top of the first header, notice how the two column table got messed up when I deleted the new element I just added.

Perhaps you can share your current template HTML code to us (http://take.ms/D9alC) so we can try in our locally? Because i did add 2 columns into the content, but it seems work fine, you can check my video here :
