It seems like some of the theme files were from 1.3.x. I have updated the site to the latest 1.4.2 and it works fine now

I am sorry but unfortunately we do not provide support for customizations. You will need to edit the theme file in /components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/profile/default.header.php to customize it accordingly
