I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

After check further, it seems like you hitting this following error :

Fatal error: Call to undefined method SocialUser::canStartConversation() in xxx/administrator/components/com_easyblog/includes/easysocial/easysocial.php on line 77

The reason why you hitting this error is because your current Easysocial version 1.4.8 not compatible with latest version of Easyblog 5.2 , for now i already help you disabled Display Conversations in Author's area this setting from your site backend > Easyblog > setting > integration > Easysocial , it should work fine now.

By the way, I would encourage you that update your Easysocial extension to latest version as well on your site, but before you update it, i would suggest you do the full backup before you update, it might be other 3rd party plugin or module current version is not compatible with Easysocial latest version.
