Category publishing permission can only be controlled via the category permission itself according to user groups(http://take.ms/1XCAC).

But member of this team blog should be able to edit the posts from other users.

This can configured by enabling the following ACL setting for the usergroup under the 'Managing' tab(http://take.ms/aY6Ra).

Since these are largely determined by user groups, I suggest that you use a special usergroup for the members in the team blog so that you can configure the permissions above more effectively.

I am able to replicate this locally and log this issue in our tracker. Will update you once we have a fix available.

But then the user can edit all entries in all categories right? I try to insert a special category, in which only users with the rights (via category publishing rights) are allowed to publish articles, but also only the users of this team blog should be able to work toghether on articles in this category. Is this also possible?

Unfortunately, currently it is not possible for team blog members to edit other member's articles, with the exception of super user and those that have the ACL enabled.
