I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here. To create a team blog, you need to do so from the back end of EasyBlog. I will briefly guide you through the steps below:

1. Access the team blogs section at the back end.
2. Click on the New button to create a new team.
3. You can configure if you want to allow users to request to join the team from the front end by enabling the option "Allow Join Team".
4. To manage requests, click on the "Manage Request" below the team blogs menu on the sidebar.

Now I am confusing as team blog is created by Site Administrator.
What is the main idea of Team Blog option designed in easyblog ? Sure you have advantage of this and I wonder to earn it. Can you please explain us, put us in picture of this idea.

I was thinking if it is for a group user to creat a group blog.

for us (we are a soccer club) teamblog is very good to publish not as an author but as a team. For us the idea behind is that we have many soccer teams. We have parents who want do help us with writing articles from their children weekend matches but they dont like to write under their usernames.
An other idea to use Teamblog for us is that the parents often change. They are max two years in a team. Because our youth players are only max 2 years in a team. Then they change to the next older team (with its Parents).
So for us it is important, that we have stable Teams (teamblogs) and we have to assign every year new parents/trainers to that teams.

In joomla we organize every user to one or more groups. Because we have trainers, parents, supporter, etc.
In easyblog we can these groups assign to teamblogs thats all (we have to do it once). Every new season we have to do only changing the parents to the new joomla group. Thats all.

So far it is not important for us to have "users as blogwriters" but parents organized as a team (teamblog).

Best it would be is when a user is deleted from joomla the articles from this user are not deleted but should be remain at the teamblog. Because children and their parents want to leave the club but we want dont watn to leave the articles. But this i have not testet yet.
