Not really sure what you mean here but if you click on the message, it will actually bring you to the conversation window of EasyDiscuss which you can reply to the user.

When I tested your site earlier, both these buttons are working perfectly fine on both Chrome and Firefox. I am not really sure why it isn't working for you. Is there some specific plugin you installed on your browsers?

Anyway, you can manually access them via,
