Hello!
We recently upgraded easyblog to latest version. After the upgrade, we noticed that (although tags exist), when creating a new blog entry, no tags are shown. The problem is depicted in the image attached.
How can we fix that?

We would appreciate a prompt response, as it is a production server.

Thanks a lot!
Hello Theano,

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue?

We are not allowed to provide you with that...Usually, we talk through skype and you log in using teamviewer in my pc and through that to the server.
Can we do that?

Hello Theano Nousia,

I have checked in your Easyblog version, it seems like you still using older version of Easyblog "3.9.15188", could you can update to latest version of Easyblog and see the issues still existing or not? Please advise.

Hello!
That is very odd...Could you tell me exactly what is examined in order to evaluate the version? We did copy a folder of our backup before upgrading because the whole style of toolbar on a blog entry/category etc was messed up after the upgrade ( the style.ccs and common.css files were not the ones causing that)...We tried replacing certain files but didn' t manage to restore the way everything showed until we restored the folders default and simplistic of the themes directory.
I could upgrade once more and then take a look at what happens, posting it here, would that be ok?

Thanks a lot!

Thanks for the reply.
You were right, that fixed the problem!
Could you tell me though, the reason it is shown that the version is 3.9.15188 is because I copied a directory, right?

Hello,

I'm not sure how you upgraded EasyBlog but, perhaps some files wasn't overwritten when you copy it.

Thanks!
