I am running : You are using the latest version of EasyBlog 3.9.15218

We are using the moderated workflow where Authors submit, and Publishers approve. My Blog Authors set tags on their posts. I login the back-end as Super User to approve their posts. Now their tags have all disappeared from their posts.

I briefly reviewed the other complaints in the Forum area and they were confusing to me. Since I just updated my site with the latest patches, do I have the fix suggested there or not? At any rate, I am still experiencing the problem of tags disappearing from articles that I open for review and publication on the back end.

When will the fix be in a standard patch?

(Please don't ask for admin access to our site. I think that's pretty bad business practice to allow that.)

Hello Gordon,

Please replace the attached file in ../administrator/components/com_easyblog/views/blog/. Please give it a try. Sorry for this inconvenience.

Hi I am also experiencing this issue. Using EasyBlog 3.9.15370

Is this file the same /view/blog/view.html.php patch as the one in the earlier post.

I had applied this file over the previous file and the problem persists?

Thanks

Hi Arlex

I can't provide you with back office or / FTP access sorry.

I am running version 3.9.15370 of easyblog.

On some posts the tags are disappearing from the blog submission page in admin - saying there are no tags available - or they appear the first time but when you go back into the item to edit posts, the tags you had attached are gone and there are 'no tags available'

Your advice on this would be appreciated.

Neill

Hi

Thanks I watched your video, but I this is not the problem - my tags are initially visible, and then after saving disappear.

Please watch my JING video below all the way through. The second time the item is saved after swapping the blog image, the tags disappear.

The item then has to be trashed and recreated before you can see the available tags again, that seems to be the only way to edit after this happens, a real pain, especially for my client.

Thanks
