Hi

I just created a new Tag with only 3 posts attached, all Public.
Can you please tell me why EBlog ask me to login, when I try to access the URL of this tag?

It seems to access Tags I must be logged - no matter if posts under that Tag are all public.. which sounds weird..

Please clarify

Many thanks,
Hey there,

May I know what do you mean 'when I try to access the URL of this tag'? How did you access your tag?

Can you include your site's access and FTP's access so that I can have a better check of it?

Hi, thanks for you feedback.
Unfortunately I'm under NDA with my client.

Here is what I did:

1. Created few posts and attached one dedicated Tag to them
2. Created one public Category
3. Added those Posts to that Category

If I visit the my Tag URL, when logged, it works.
I can also access my public Category as a Guest. (or any public Post).

But, as a Guest, I'm forced to Login to access my Tag's URL.

Can you please clarify

Many thanks

Hey there,

May I know which tag are you referring to as I checked on your frontend and there is so many tags and it is hard to find it.

Can you have a check on your EasyBlog (Tags) Single Tag Menu Item type's access, make sure you set it correctly?

Can you include your site's access and FTP's access so that I can have a better check of it and solve it for you quickly?
