I think now that the Custom Fields will be the solution. More powerful than the Tags.

To offer even more accurate results, I believe that a Custom Field Search Module for EasySocial would be the perfect solution. The same as for EasyBlog.

With the support of conditional custom fields it would be more than perfect.

Tags have been a fundamental part of Joomla for a while now so it would be really great to see them as part of EasySocial

I made a temporary workaround by using the multi-field type and am allowing the users to add tags that are searchable by EasySocial advanced search but this does not work with the EasySocial Search Module and it does not work with Joomla Search. Really hoping to get support for this in the next release.
