tagging still not working

Hi guys

We are still having issues with tagging, for example I go to tag someone called Jessica Nutbeen. As soon as I type the last letter 'n' into the tag the name is not found, if I put 'Jessica Nutbee' it is found. So why is it not finding the name when I type the last letter in?

Please advise.

By the way the user have triple 'e' in her name where Jessica Nutbeeen as your type name above you've missing another 'e' that is why you do not get the correct username
