Hi,

unfortunately, as someone who is interested in EasySocial but has yet to find out whether certain desired functionalities are supported by EasySocial, I do not have access to the EasySocial manual, which is why I have to ask here.

Already 7 years ago someone asked a similar question here and I am curious if the desired functionality has been realized in the meantime:


  1. Can the user add tags to his user albums photos - e.g. landscape shot, animal shot, plant shot etc.?

    2. Is there a module for EasySocial to display the last XY uploaded photos with TAG XY (e.g. landscape shot) on the start page?

    And VERY IMPORTANT: Can the admin specify certain TAGs globally for all user albums, so that the user e.g. simply has the option to mark one or several of the specified tags after uploading, e.g. "landscape shot"?

Regarding the above, I am sorry but currently in EasySocial's album photos, you can only 'tag' people into the photo. EasySocial do not support tagging at the moment.

Also, EasySocial come with a photos module called 'EasySocial Recent Photos' and in this module, you can only 'filter' the photos based on certain user or certain album. Please see: https://monosnap.com/file/x5plpGeQ4o13pe3EsPHrQK5RfcF3Px

Anyway, I advise you to submit your idea into our EasySocial feature request section so that we can compile the list of features to be added into next major release on EasySocial.
