Tag only works with a double ##

Hi,

Just wondering - I recently tried to add a tag to a post and for some reason, the only saved tag has a double hash ## (see attached image). This tag doesn't show up in my Easyblog page for #viclogging so need to get this fixed, just added this tag to a post (shared: only me).

I looked through the database for the tags table but couldn't find any tags with an extra hash so not sure what's going on.

Please help.

Hi David,

The issue occur might be because the saved hashtag is already got '#' in the hashtag, where if I type the viclogging the suggestion hashtag already got the '#' https://www.screencast.com/t/TEUi2ZhqmAAb , As I try to test another hashtag example #test it was working fine.

Thanks Fadhli, I searched through the db and found some entries that had the extra #. Deleted these and fixed the problem!
