Tag appears again and again

Hi,
there is a tag, which is added to new posts again and again.

I have deleted the tag internally already, but it appears again. Then I deactivated the tag - it still shows up in the forum. Besides that, the same tag appeared again, I also deactivated the tag.

How can it be that a tag shows up as deactivated twice in the backend, but is still appearing in posts? And sometimes is automatically attached to new posts?

The tag is called "nackt fliegen"

It looks like there is a bug here where the unpublished tag is still being displayed on the discussion listing.

I will log this in our tracker.
How can it be that a tag shows up as deactivated twice in the backend, but is still appearing in posts? And sometimes is automatically attached to new posts?
There is a possibility that the tag is being manually typed into the tag field when the discussion is created.

This would associate the post with the disabled tag. But since that tag is already disabled, it should not show up at all in the listing, which brings us to the bug that I mentioned.
