Hi Dear,

I have EasySocial + Office Template and work fine via Desktop.

I have also Mobile Template and it works perfectly when I pass to mobile view.

I've just installed also Tablet Template, clean all cache, but it seems that it show a "double" template: both Office and new Tablet Template.

Can you help me with this?

Seems like you are using older version for you Office template currently as you can see here http://take.ms/MfwPa. Can you try to update them and see how whether is it working or not. Or maybe can i have your permission to update them? By the way, it is required for you to do backup if there are any changes done on your Office template.

I installed Office and...

From Desktop
> Now in the registration page it can be possible to see what has not to be seen: sidebar and other modules. Before the installation it can be possible to see only the slideshow image and the login / register box (as your sample in the screenshot shows).

From Tablet
> It's still present a "double" bar.

You have permission to do the upgrade (the right way! )

There are modifications done on our end and in order for you to only show those login sections, you need to enable this settings http://take.ms/YoEJa. Enabled them for you and give it a check how it goes.

I believed it is because there are cached on your end. Can you try to clear your site and browser cache first and see how it goes.

Seems like your Establet is not using it latest version. Applied them and it should shown correctly now. Please give it a check and see how it goes.

Hi Dear,

I uninstalled, clean cachen, reinstalled, clean cache... x 2-3 times
no way to display correctly the template without like for the mobile version.

Sorry for no explaining them. On our apps page, those apps are still not on it latest version as there are some fixes done. I have applied them for you and see how it goes.

By the way, we have included it latest version on our apps page. It should shown correctly now. Please give it a check.

I've installed (the right way: cache cleaned, install, cache cleaned [both site and browser]) and now is present still the double bar
(modules disappeared as I think it should be)

I mean double bar at the top of the page.

In my last screen shot you see a gray bar (top) - the only one that should be seen at the bottom - and an other one, black bar.

Hi there,

Applied fixed here .../public_html/templates/establet/html/com_easysocial/toolbar/default.php and it should not shown now. Please give it a check and see how it goes.
