When I use the full site on a web browser, I have access to the standard horizontal menu. If I access the site on an iPad or iPhone, click on the hamburger menu, it slides to the left/right and the site goes gray, but no menu appears.

I checked your pixel template and noticed you are not using the latest version. I recalled there was a bug on the offcanvas menu in the older version. Would it be possible for you download and install the latest pixel template?
Do backup the site first before updating as a precaution.
