Seems like you still using older version of Office template, it is possible for you to update to the latest version? and see if the issue is still persist.

Ive updated template and Im still having problem.

Any suggestions on what I can do now.

Based on what i checked, for some reason this page builder script throw this following error on the page.

ncaught TypeError: Cannot set property 'slide' of undefined

You can refer my attached screenshot below.

For now, I've temporary commented out that line of code under this file /public_html/components/com_sppagebuilder/assets/js/sppagebuilder.js screenshot : http://take.ms/YuMp4 , it seems work fine now but i doesn't know whether when i commented out this line of code is it will affect other thing, it would be best if you can consult with page builder developer regarding this.

This is the original file (compressed js file) /public_html/components/com_sppagebuilder/assets/js/sppagebuilder.js_compressed which i temporary renamed it.
