All of a sudden, system push notifications and email notifications have quit working. All was working fine but now they don't and I've tried to reset any work to figure out where the problem is but cannot find the problem.

I am getting emails that the cron job is working but i don't get any emails from the ES system. No conversation email notifications and no other email notifications. The emails show being sent in the Email Activity but no email is actually delivered.

Push notifications only work for conversations but not for any system notification.

Can you please take a look?

Can I have a permission to create a new test user to make some test notification to the stackideas user? and can you provide us with your onesignal login credential as well so we can have a better view on this.

You can add the information needed by edit your first post in the Details section or you can just include your site's access once at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site rather than needing to keep adding them in your replies

Thanks for your cooperation. I've create a temporary user as 'teststackideas' (perhaps, you need to delete it later on)
I've tested the push notification it seems to be working fine(system notification) : https://www.screencast.com/t/c1guAdcnSlV

For email notification it seems like I still can't get the notification.
Can you make a mail send out testing using joomla (system>global configuration: http://take.ms/fxeHz ) see if you got the test mail in your mailbox.

Great, thanks for your help. It looks like the email settings were wrong in global configuration.

There are still some push notifications that are not being sent. When member posts in a group, there is no push notification. There is an email that is sent and a system notification appears but no push notification.

I check the group settings and they are correct. I checked the alert settings and they are all published. The Onesignal app is set to deliver any system notification.

I've tested this issue, and it seems there is a bug regarding this. I've logged this issue in our issue tracker and our developers will take an action for this.

Hello, Has this issue been resolved?
I am able to send test emails from Joomla> global config
New Registration emails are working also.

None of the friend invite emails appear to be working.

Hey Benjamin,

If other e-mails are working fine, then it should work as well. Very often, mail providers would mark "invite e-mails" as spam as they would rely on their anti spam system. The primary reason for this is the keywords that are used in the e-mail. Example: "invite"

Can you check the spam box to see if these e-mails are there?
