Looking at my plugins I found this plugin disabled. This is how it was installed, however when I opened it the descriptions says:
This plugin is required for EasyBlog Composer to working correctly.

Which gives me 3 questions:

  1. Should I enable it?
  2. What does it do? is it the parser for Composer syntax/code?
  3. Do new default installations set this to on?

Thanks

This plugin is no longer necessary as it was a plugin we used to detect previous url the user was using prior to accessing the composer.
