Hello.
1) use long text in backend for "Videos" > "Categories" > "Description".
Result: in frontend text is more shortier with "..." at the end. And there is no way to view full description (no any "Read more" link).

Can you try to upload attached files at this path .../components/com_easysocial/themes/wireframe/helpers/miniheader/objects.php and see how it goes.

This fixes will be included on our next release version.
