When a user or moderator tries to make a comment on a post, the system displays a message saying it can not find the ID. Message "Sorry but the system can find ID"

Ok. I understand. That are really bad news for me because the service that provide the company in charge of the template is terrible. I already put my ticket to see what happen. Now to wait weeks, if I have lucky.
You are most welcome. It most likely because of the template plugins on your site that interfering the ajax information from being sent out. Hopefully you will be able to resolve the issue on your side.
