hi StackIdeas,

from time to time when I try to add a comment (or answer to the comment) I get following error:

SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data

I can not find any rule. Just sometimes does not work for some comments.

I see similar thread in the forum but not sure what is the reason on my website.

many thanks for any hints

Martin
I've tried to submit some of the new comment, it seems work fine, you can check my video here : http://take.ms/xJeEO

hi Arlex,

as I said it is hard to reproduce but sometimes it appears - see attachment. I will try today again - maybe enabling the Load Komento's jQuery Library option as suggested in another thread for another issue just solved the problem ...

best regards
Martin

Yes, something it might conflict jQuery version with your existing extension or 3rd party plugin, it would be best if you can enable this option "Load Komento's jQuery Library option", so it will load Komento it own jQuery version.

Keep us update if the issue still persists.
