I have checked the settings under "system" in the komento admin area and found that "Use index.php For Ajax Requests" was activated, although my index.php is redirected. Maybe it had something to do with the problem? Well, I deactivated the button.

I also tried to activate "Load Komento's jQuery Library" but that causes an error (e.g. the symbols are not shown in the comment form). So I hope the settings are fine now with both deactivated. I have no idea if that could be the solution to my JSON-problem ...

Update: Did not solve the problem

In Safari it says: "SyntaxError: JSON Parse error: Unexpected identifier "Invalid""
In Chrome it says: "SyntaxError: Unexpected token I in JSON at position 0"

Hey Chris,

I am sorry for the delay of this reply is because your 3rd reply is around our time 12.39am.

I've tried to add a new comment on Easyblog article page, it seems work fine, you can check my attached screenshot below.

May i know how to reproduce this issue? Is it when you trying to comment multiple time or some of other step?

Also can you assign you provided that user account to have superadmin privileges so I can able to turn on error reporting to maximum from your backend global configuration setting and Komento setting when I troubleshoot this issue?

By the way, I was unable to connect with your FTP server, this is what i hitting now :

Response: 227 Entering Passive Mode (85,13,139,127,196,66).
Command: MLSD
Response: 550 Unable to handle command
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing

Hi Arlex,

the FTP and Admin should be accessable for you right now.

The problem happens several times when I tried to comment ... even when I trie just once. Maybe you can try with different browsers several times?

Thank you for your help!

Hm, seems like it works sometimes and sometimes don't. Got a new comment from a user right 3 minutes ago ... Strange... (?)

Okay, I manage to replicate this issue on your site, I already applied some fix in this file -> JoomlaFolder\media\com_komento\scripts\site\form\form.js

Can you try clear your browser cache and try submit multiple time new comment as guest user and see is it that issue still persists?

... Safari works also. What did you change exactly? Do you think you have solved it? (I'm optimistic ... )
Tested in Chrome also. Working for this time ...

Yes, I just wanted to know if this is a bug which will be fixed in all further versions or if it is just a problem on my site?
(I'm interested also in the technical aspect of that problem to get a better webmaster, you know ... )

Oh, yes actually that is a bug when you submit second time comment is because that Google Recaptcha didn't auto reset the validate token so causing this issue, what my fix is when you submit a new comment successfully, it will automatically reset that token so user can able to click check on the Recaptcha box.

And this fix will included in next release version as well.
