Hi Ringo,

Kindly find my response for your inquiries below:
1) Syntax Error when submit Coment (attached image:komento submit2017-11-21_145200.jpg)

-> It seems there is some issue with the System - Language Filter plugin http://take.ms/WTXGj
where I'm hitting the error below once I submit a comment:

Notice: Undefined index: zh-TW in /home/healthno1/public_html/plugins/system/languagefilter/languagefilter.php on line 208
Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /home/healthno1/public_html/plugins/system/languagefilter/languagefilter.php on line 208
Notice: Undefined index: zh-TW in /home/healthno1/public_html/plugins/system/languagefilter/languagefilter.php on line 208
Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /home/healthno1/public_html/plugins/system/languagefilter/languagefilter.php on line 208
Notice: Undefined index: zh-TW in /home/healthno1/public_html/plugins/system/languagefilter/languagefilter.php on line 208
Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /home/healthno1/public_html/plugins/system/languagefilter/languagefilter.php on line 208
reject
回應太短, 請至少寫入 10 字數
notify
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/healthno1/public_html/plugins/system/languagefilter/languagefilter.php:208) in /home/healthno1/public_html/administrator/components/com_komento/includes/ajax/ajax.php on line 257
","debug"]}]

Once I temporary disable the System - Language Filter plugin it working fine.
Perhaps can you try the solution here: https://forum.joomla.org/viewtopic.php?f=707&t=874568&p=3270994#p3271516

2) Where to translate the files, see images below (attached image: kormento translation 2017-11-21_145501.jpg)

-> You can do language override for this(extensions>language(s)>overrides>new) for the language constant below:
COM_KOMENTO_RATING_OVERVIEW_TOTAL="Rated %1$s out of %2$s based on %3$s votes"
COM_KOMENTO_FORM_CHARACTERS_COUNTER="Characters"

the error message is not advisable to change the translation where it is easier for us in the process of debugging/troubleshoot.

3) Facebook login (Seldom use FB, please advise the following)
3.1) Do I need a facebook developer account to activate this facility?

-> I'm not sure do you referring to Komento component? because currently Komento doesn't have Facebook login

3.2) For FB sharing, Do I require a facebook account too?

-> Yes you are, where you can share it to your facebook wall
