Switching to new blog template - transition etc

Hi

I have had a new site built on a template and I would like to switch to this new template, however i would also like a test page i can use first.

Please could you tell me how this is done?

Hello Nick,

You can always invoke the param theme=yourthemename in the URL so that EasyBlog will render the theme that you want.

Hi - just seen this message - so does require me to install the theme first? Which section would i do this on please?

Hello Nick,

Yes, you have to install the theme first. Just add it in your URL like this e.g : http://yoursite.com/index.php?option=com_easyblog&theme=vintage . Hope this helps.
