Youve locked the thread so have to complete here:

the path you have given for dashboard is not the same that I have.
CanI just check is this the right path I have?

/components/com_easysocial/themes/frosty/toolbar

Also, translated some options in the menu, but translation does not show in the Chiense menu - only english version???

Remove the ; in front. The ; on the front serves as a comment and it should be removed

Hi Vlad,

The path you can customization it file is /components/com_easysocial/themes/dashboard/default.php

to change to another language you have to change at default /language/en-GB/en-GB.com_easysocial.ini and find this string COM_EASYSOCIAL_TOOLBAR_PROFILE_EVENTS="Events"

Hi Jasni

to change to another language you have to change at default /language/en-GB/en-GB.com_easysocial.ini - not sure what you mean. As you can see on pic some are in Chinese others are in Egnlish, here I think language selection works ok, except for the two translations I have added.

Hi Vlad,

for language translations that you just added you can do language override at extension-> language-> select you language-> override-> new or you can go to component file at default /language/en-GB/en-GB.com_easysocial.ini and find this string COM_EASYSOCIAL_TOOLBAR_PROFILE_EVENTS="Events", change word "event" with you word

I have inserted the translation in the cn-Zh..com_easysocial.ini
I have a dual language website so can not just change it in the GB one.

If there is no such translations in your cn-ZH.com_easysocial.ini, Joomla will fall back to the english languge file. Make sure that you have the translations correctly in your cn-ZH.com_easysocial.ini for that language string. I believe you should look for "COM_EASYSOCIAL_TOOLBAR_PROFILE_GROUPS" in your chinese language file.

I must be blind but translation is there. Other items are in Chinese, ones I have added are in English.

Because the translation file is not 100% translated, those strings which are not translated would be commented out by Transifex by default
