If they have any decency they already feel ashamed. I sent them email they should take it off!
Unfortunately there are too many companies like this one and I wouldn't be surprised if they just keep it as it is. ... those people don't have any boundaries.

These are intellectual properties we're talking about and even some famous reputable or new companies *cough* *cough* are also copying our designs as is without even attributing any copyright notices. We can take legal actions but what's the point of doing so In fact, over that header bar, it's kinda silly to take any legal action against them but they are just putting themselves very low and does not deserve any respect
