Hello,

We'll run ED as normal forum. But we do want ONE category to act as support system. Is this possible ?

I am really sorry for the delay of this reply as it is a weekend for us here.

Yes, it should be possible, but also depend on what is your current workflow on your forums first.

Perhaps you can check my following workflow is it this you want?

1. Admin created multiple categories on the forums e.g. technical support, general question, and etc.
2. But your site moderator only response on this `technical support` category for example.
3. What you can do is create separate menu item for this :
- Create single category menu item for 'technical support' category.
- Create Easydiscuss - frontpage menu item and only selected those categories without 'technical support'.

If this is not you want, perhaps you can share with us more details regarding this so we can provide a good suggestion on this.

Back to this...

I can see that here on your EasyDiscuss, you have an option "This post will be private and it can only be seen by you and the support team members". Is it possible to have that only for one category?

Unfortunately that was not possible to set certain category at this point of time.
