I can replicate this locally. Thanks for notifying us on this issue. I will log this into the issue tracker and soon our developer will fix these

Hey there,

1) login as superuser
2) open any other user profile page
3) upload new avatar for this user.
Result2: this stream item can't be deleted (no "delete" button for it.)

I have consulted with the developer regarding this issue here. Previously it was my mistake saying it is a bug. Actually it is the correct behaviour it seems. The stream items generated after updating/uploading the picture is cannot be deleted to prevent the generated comments and reactions from missing when user decided to re-use back their old avatar on the site.

Result: Stream item will created by Super user. It says "Super user just updated his avatar".

So for these, it is a bug and the developers will fix it as soon as possible.
