Super User cannot add new video/ audio

Hello. For some reason I can't figure out why add video and add audio buttons are missing for super users on my site? I've checked the configuration and it looks correct.

Please advise.
Hey Jason,

I've checked your site and found that all the users are registered under the "Registered" profile type and in Profile type ACL for video and audio, users are not allowed to add audio/video that's why these options are not seen.
I've already helped you to enable these options. see below.
