Yesterday night we were testing the website and everything was all right. This morning we woke up, and no registered account can login anymore. No errors provided. Just looping the login form.
Perhaps you can update your site backend and FTP access at https://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so we can better have a check now?

It seems like you provided that login credentials no longer work now.

This is what I hitting :

Warning
Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.

By the way, it seems like you are requesting support for pocketmoney.group but your licensed domain is pocketmoney.credit . Perhaps you can consider to switch your licensed domain to pocketmoney.group because Pro license only can obtain to support 1 domain.

You are right, I used .group instead of .credit... I have rectified that..
That is why you could not login... wrong website.

Yes, I can able to login from your site backend.

After checked further, it seems like your server restricted this keyword "community" for some reason, because your server return 403 forbidden error when you perform login/logout.

As long as I change the menu alias to "community2" then it work fine, perhaps you can check with your webhosting provider regarding this and see how it goes?

Thanks for spotting that. It worked.
Initially I set up a subdomain called community and wanted to install easysocial there, but then I changed my mind and installed in the root... but forgot to delete the empty folder community, hence clashing with the menu item community pointing to easysocial
Now I have removed the subdomain and the folder community, so it works fine.
