just wonder how does the Module mod_easyblogsubscribe works ...

i mean i know how it should work ... but it seems that it doesnt ,
i have subscribe myself to the site and i did not received any blogs entries for more then 3 weeks ...

where do you set how often the emails to be sent ?
where do you set what categories blogs to be sent out to subscriber ?
there are no setting or im missing something here ?

in eb i can see the subscriber email ... but shouldn't blogs be sent out to that email automatically on new blog entry ?

do i have to use Mailchimp Integrations for es to work ? ... please advice

thanks
Hello Yoluca,

Sorry for the late reply. The mod subscribe will put the subscriber in the Site Subscription list. You can view this list in backend -> EasyBlog -> Subscriptions. However you will need to turn on the subscription settings for the users to be able to get the emails. Also you will either need to turn on the send emails on page load function or set up a cronjob.

1. Subscription notification settings can be found in
- backend -> Settings -> Notification -> Blogs.

2. Send emails on page load can be found in
- backend -> Settings -> Notification -> General. Here check out the "Send emails on page load" option.

3. Cronjob can be setup by following these guides
http://stackideas.com/docs/easyblog/cronjobs/setting-up-cronjobs-for-godaddy-hosting
http://stackideas.com/docs/easyblog/how-tos/setting-up-cronjobs-in-cpanel

If the emails are still not sending please send us your backend and FTP Access. Hope this helps.

Thanks!
