Hi Everybody,

the new payplans looks great and mostly the subscription-page is a huge improvement.
Unfortunatelly, there seem to be some issues with the subscriptions. I try to show you what I mean on my personal account on my page.

According to the users-section I should have two active subscriptions called "NLP plus" and "Jahrestraining"

But when I open the details, none of them shows up. Instead, two other subscriptions show up:

When I click on the subscription-ID I can open this subscription.

It looks normal, but ...

... they don´t show up in the subscriptions-overview.

And just for the fun, when I log in on the frontend it seems like all of them show up, and some more that where not shown before in any part of the backend:

I personally would think, that this is a bug in the list of the subscriptions in the backend. But this is not all.
There are some subscriptions in the frontend, that I manually deleted in the backend some time before. So it seems like also the deletion of subscriptions seems not to work correctly.

I have simular behaviour on some customers, but I limited my examples to my own account because of data-privacy.

All the best, Julian!
Hey Julian,

In Backend Subscription page , those subscription will not shown here if user not clicked on checkout button, invoice still in no-status.
In PP4 , we decide not to show the subscription those are not confirmed by user , they just click on subscribe button but didn't complete the payment process. You can see those in backend User edit screen but not in subscription page.

In frontend we are showing these subscription , so if user want to do payment for that subscription then he can do it directly from dashboard also. This is the reason why these subscription not shown in backend subscription page.

Let me know if you have any query or correct me if i misunderstood.

Hi Manisha,

how does this answer the following issues that I clearly described in my previous post?

- An expired Subscription does not show up in the backend
- Two "no-status"-subscriptions show up in the users-section (backend)
- Not any subscription shows up in the orders-list (not active, not expired, not no-status)

And one more thing is happening, that should not happen according to your posting:
- One new "no-status"-subscription shows up in the orders-list, but the old "no-status"-subscriptions don´t show up.

All the best, Julian!

No Problem, I think you have a lot of support-requests in the moment.
However, I think the other bug I posted should have a much higher priority!

I have added the login-information in my last ticket. Can you see it there? If not I have to create a new password.

But feel free to first look for the other one because it might affect all new subscriptions!

All the best, Julian!
