Subscription upgrade from backend issue

Hi,

When we click on "Upgrade Subscription" in the backend, the form open and close automatically after around 0.5 second. However it works in the front-end.

It seems i am able to replicate this issue locally. I've logged this issue into our issue tracker and will include in our upcoming release.
