Hello,

My subscribers are receiving multiple email notifications per blog post. Is there any way to edit notification emails for subscribers?
May i know do you have setup cronjob in your site yet?

Can you provide us with your Joomla backend and Cpanel access so we can better have a look of this issue?

By the way, may i know which subscribe email notification content you would like to modify? Perhaps you can provide us the original email content?

I have attached credentials below. And the notification emails are sending to subscribers every time a new blog it posted some new blogs send multiple emails notifications.

This is an example of a blog post whose notification email was sent multiple times.

I can't access the administration area with the URL provided as it is returning a 403 Forbidden error message. Can you please advise?

Hello,

I removed the country ban that we had on our website. You should be able to access it now.

Please try again
Thanks

Hi Chris,

I've checked your easyblog email pool page and it seems like the system only sending one email notification for each email on the list. You can check on the email pool by going to the following url here, yoursite.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_easyblog&view=spools . Am I missing something here?

Is there any way to edit notification emails for subscribers?

You can take a look at your backend > easyblog > settings > notification > blogs, http://screencast.com/t/jmp4eqzwO for the email notification settings.
