Hi,

Sometimes we have customers renewing two times the same subscription during the same day while they wanted to only renew one time.
So, we do refund them one of the payment they made for this.
Of course the subscription is updated to the hold status automatically.

But has the customer still have paid one time we want to change the status to active.

But this is impossible, there is no error, we can save the form but nothing is actually saved.
The expiration date can't be updated too.

The only way to change it is to update directly the status in database.
But still we can't update the expiration date.

Could you check this issue?

Hello Tristan,

After subscription hold status, you can't activate the subscription. Nothing will be changed on hold status.
You need to create new subscription for that user from backend.

Let me know how user's renewing the plan 2 times. Update site details , so i can check it.
