Hello,
I renew my subscription today for easysocial pro, but it still expired in my dashboard.
I try order locator but nothing happen.
I know the support is close now but i hope someone passing by could check and fix it cause i need to access documentation and update to work on it this WE.

Pls find in Additional Info the order ref and the email use for the order

Hello Halim,

I have fixed your account and it will show up correctly now. For some reasons your order reference had duplicate id and this is why it wasn't updating the correct records.

Can you give this a check now?
