Hello dear support, I have noticed that when user does not complete subscription in list of subscriptions period of subscription, time of subscription is not displayed.

Is this intentional or is it a bug?

It's intentional, in subscription period start and expiration date to subscription will shown . Subscription date will be set on payment completion. That's the reason to not show subscription period for incomplete orders.

Let me know if you have any query or correct me if i misunderstood.

Than in this case it would be logical action to remove entirely that row with Subscription Period on non completed orders as it is not aplicable and can be confusing.
I mean either add time of plan which is set by owner or simply remove it completly as it can be confusing for ordinary users.
