Hi,

Where to change the date format for Subscription Period?

Hey Syabab,

You can change the date format from PayPlans settings.
Go to backend Settings >> General, here in Localization tab , find "Date Format" setting and configure it as per your need.
see attached screenshot.

Let me know if you have any query.

Hi,

Changing that setting won't change that date format.
The result is still the same like attachment in my 1st post.
