Subscription notification emails has ip adress on it

Hi,

users that Subscribe to the blog, gets an email notification whenever there is a new blog that is posted.
In the message the View blog post is linking to the ip address of the website and not the actual http://www.domain.com/blogpost adresss..

Question : How do I change it to not link to ip address? and make it link to domain of the site

Hi Twizz,
It seems the ip address of the website is part of the domain, that's why it is showing in the link. Perhaps you can consult your web-hosting provider about this and see if they can help you remove the ip address from your website url. Hope this helped you clarify the issue.

yes u are correct it is the sites ip address... but on the other notifications ..like new post on site ..or post needs approval..it displays the web address without the ip.

Note. only the email notification that are sent to subscribers does this... so it cant be on the host side..

Can u double check.? ur code ..where do I configure this..? this looks bad to the subscribers
