My users subscribe to posts/forums at deaconworld.net, but do not receive any emails.

The documentation on your website does not match the installed software. A screen shot of what’s on your site is file [1].

The documentation has this note: “This guide is intended to provide basic instruction for EasyDiscuss 3.”

File [2] shows what I see from the installed version of Easy Discuss for site “deaconworld.net”
Hello Mark,

Is it possible for you to provide us with the back end and FTP access to your site to check on this issue? You may store your site access at http://stackideas.com/dashboard/site so you don't have to provide these information all the time

Hello Mark,

I don't seem to see a username that is provided on your site details. Am I missing anything here? You can head on to https://stackideas.com/dashboard/site to enter your site details including the username and password.

I'm sorry. When I updated my site details to provide the FTP data [username: deaconworld@mcm.us], I forgot to include the site [deaconworld.net] information [username: sysadm].

All my site info has been updated. The "deaconworld.net" username/password was tested by logging in as normal.

FTP was verified using "Filezilla". The ftp address is: ftp.mcmn.us and the username is: deaconworld@mcm.us

Hello Mark,

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly on a weekend. I have checked your site and it looks like those e-mails are actually being generated. However, it seems like they are still stuck in the mail queue.

Have you already setup the cronjob for EasyDiscuss as outlined in https://stackideas.com/docs/easydiscuss/administrators/cronjobs ? Do you want us to help you setup the cronjob?

Once the cron job has been created, the mails would be dispatched
