We are seeing an issue where the payment processes but it does not activate the account. Even tho the customer gets a successful receipt after payment, when they go to there "My Account" it shows they still need to pay. The plan is not activating the subscriptions after successful processing.

I set the IPN to http://www.sapicks.com/site/index.php?option=com_payplans&view=payment&task=notify&gateway=paypalpro

Still not activating subscription after payment.

Am I missing something? Please help. Thanks!

I appreciate the fast response. The admin and FTP info is already in there and I did confirm working. I just confirmed they are working.
